Gergana has been actively involved in event management since 2019, when she became a Residence Experience Coordinator at Goldsmiths, University of London. Her career has since brought her into contact with some of Bulgaria's most significant cultural events and organisations, including the CineLibri film festival, Night of Literature, Literary Talks, the Bulgarian Book Association, the National Book Center, and the House of Literature and Translation, taking on various roles from partnership management and coordination to moderator and translator. She founded BulX together with Vladimir, driven by the idea of creating events that did not yet exist in Bulgaria.

Vladimir is an expert and consultant in the technology industry who provides strategic advice to some of the world's largest companies, such as NVIDIA and Rolls Royce. He is a frequent speaker and serves on the advisory board of numerous industry events. Previously, he held leadership positions in the strategy and business management organizations at Intel and Ciena. His main activity at BulX is related to idea generation and brand development.

Desislava is an expert in communication and strategic planning, but her career began in sales and managing her own business in the US. She is passionate about experiential marketing and unconventional campaigns, having organized such campaigns for Tommy Hilfiger, Fjällräven, Calvin Klein, and many others. It is her desire to broaden the horizons of events in Bulgaria that led her to BulX.

Aylin has been organising and leading events at the BEST Foundation since 2024, and since last year she has been actively involved in building partnerships for the foundation. With experience in psychology and creative writing, she creates engaging content that stimulates the organic growth of BulX events.
